We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original cellophane packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances.

Pack Securely
Place the unopened product in its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the seal; approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
